C. Theresa Barone’s practice includes litigation of personal injury, insurance coverage and bad faith, civil rights, and employment discrimination claims. Ms. Barone entered private practice immediately following law school with a concentration in civil litigation.
Ms. Barone graduated Temple University School of Law in 2003, where she was awarded the Barrister Award for outstanding trial advocacy. She also served as a staff member of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal, where her note was published in the Fall 2003 edition.
Ms. Barone was awarded the INS designation from The American Institute for CPCU (AICPCU), which is awarded to those who complete studies in general principles of personal, property and commercial insurance.
