MISSY WATTERS

Missy Watters was born and raised in Malvern, Chester County, Pennsylvania.  She attended Boston University and University of Delaware prior to receiving a paralegal degree from Main Line Paralegal Institute in 1992.

Missy has been employed with The Bauer Law Firm since 1992 and works primarily with partners, Robert G. Bauer, Esquire and Neil E. Durkin, Esquire and their associates.  She is well experienced and knowledgeable with regard to motor vehicle cases, wrongful death cases, products liability cases, workers’ compensation cases, and medical malpractice cases.  She assists with day-to-day case management speaking with clients and helping them with many issues that they may have arising from their injuries.  Ms. Watters prepares cases for settlement by obtaining witness statements and procuring the necessary documents to prepare demand letters to insurance companies.  In addition, Ms. Watters assists for trial by sending out and answering discovery requests, subpoenaing documents and witnesses for depositions and trial, and obtaining expert witness reports.

Overall, Missy is always eager and willing to help clients with any problems they are experiencing with their specific matter whether be helping them deal with creditors of understanding the process of litigation.
