Neil E. Durkin, Esquire was admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 1992.  He is also admitted to practice in the federal courts of New Jersey, the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law-Camden and Rowan University.

Mr. Durkin handles cases from a broad spectrum of personal injury matters including products liability, medical negligence, motor vehicle accident and construction site injuries.  Mr. Durkin has been with The Bauer Law Firm for fifteen years and became a partner in the firm in 2004.  In addition to handling matters throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, Mr. Durkin also leads the firms New Jersey practice handling matters throughout the entire state.  Mr. Durkin is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Burlington County (New Jersey) Bar Association.
